Jinan, China – April 10, 2025 – Shandong Jinyi New Materials Co., Ltd. has secured a repeat order for its aluminum liquid filter plates from a major South Korean secondary aluminum manufacturer, marking the third year of their cooperation, the company confirmed this week.

The South Korean client, which runs a 5t/h aluminum casting line, first adopted Jinyi’s filter plates in 2023. “These plates maintain over 98% purification efficiency even after 800 hours of use, and our scrap rate dropped from 7% to 2.5%,” said a client representative. “The 30% reduction in maintenance time also helps cut operational costs.”

Jinyi’s filter plates are made with 99.3% high-purity alumina fiber, designed to withstand 800-1200℃ aluminum liquid temperatures. They comply with South Korea’s KSB 6516 industrial standards, a key factor in the repeat partnership.

“We’re focused on meeting global quality norms to serve international clients,” said , Jinyi’s General Manager. The company now supplies filter products to 12 countries across Asia and Europe.
