Shandong Jinyi New Material Co., Ltd. As part of JINYI’s “integrated molten aluminum control series,” this tap out cone adopts advanced vacuum filtration molding technology (replacing traditional manual production), focusing on stable flow control and no secondary contamination for high-precision aluminum alloy casting. It is widely used with JINYI’s degassing units, plate-type filters, and filter bowls, and recognized for high durability and reliable performance in fields like automotive aluminum alloys, micron aluminum foil, and printing PS baseboards.

- Advanced Molding Process: Made of aluminum silicate fiber via vacuum filtration molding (instead of manual production), with finished product rate up to 99%—ensures uniform material distribution, higher hardness than ordinary cones, and tight sealing.
