Product Overview

Spacers & Strips are mainly used for precise assembly of Caster Tips (casting nozzles). During the aluminum foil casting process, they play a crucial role in controlling the flow of molten aluminum, determining the forming size, crystalline form and temperature distribution, and directly affect the quality and performance of the final aluminum foil products.

High-purity material: The product is made of high-purity fiber material, ensuring stability and long service life in the high-temperature aluminum melting environment.

Precision processing: The dimensions are precise. The width range is from 8 to 30 millimeters. Other dimensions can be customized according to the customer’s drawing requirements (20 to 500 millimeters), ensuring the accuracy and consistency of assembly.

Outstanding performance: It has the appropriate density and rigidity. Special nano-coatings are applied to key parts, ensuring a strong inter-layer bonding of the product and excellent resistance to erosion. It can meet the complex mechanical requirements of molten aluminum.

Professional assembly guidance: We recommend that it performs better when used in combination with BN (boron nitride). To ensure performance, before assembly, the Caster Tip should be heated to the target temperature and kept at that temperature for 2 hours. Then, it should be maintained at 260°C for 5 hours to fully remove the crystalline water. Finally, it should be cooled to room temperature and the assembly should be completed within 2 hours with precision.
