The three-day “2025 (Eighth) China Aluminum Processing Melting and Recycled Aluminum Technology Summit” concluded on June 13th in Yanshan County, Wenshan City, Yunnan Province. Shandong Jinyi New Materials Co., Ltd., as the sponsoring and supporting unit of the conference, exhibited core products such as aluminum liquid filtration boxes and aluminum liquid filtration plates. With its technical advantages in solving the problems of “difficult control of impurities and low efficiency” in recycled aluminum, it attracted 6 enterprises to express their intention to test the products on-site, and reached cooperation agreements with universities for both industry-university-research cooperation and technical service cooperation.
Aluminum liquid purification products attract attention at exhibition, meeting the demands of southwestern recycled aluminum enterprises
At the summit venue, there was a continuous flow of people in front of the booth of Shandong Jinyi. The aluminum liquid filter boxes and filter plates displayed there precisely addressed the core pain points of the recycling aluminum enterprises in the southwestern region. According to the technicians from Shandong Jinyi New Materials Co., Ltd., the aluminum liquid filter boxes on display are designed in a modular way, suitable for mainstream recycling aluminum production lines with a capacity of 1-5 tons per hour. The maintenance time for each box can be shortened to within 30 minutes, and they are equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, which can prevent defects in the aluminum liquid due to sudden temperature drops. The aluminum liquid filter plates are made of high-purity alumina fibers and form a nano-level filtration network of 10-50 μm. The filtration efficiency exceeds 98%, and it can reduce the scrap rate of castings from 8% to below 3%. “A leading enterprise saved over 1 million yuan in raw material costs annually after using our products,” the customer case report displayed by the technicians at the scene attracted many participants to stop and take notes.
By the end of the summit, 5 enterprises (including 2 local enterprises from Yunnan) had signed the “Product Trial Agreement” with Shandong Jinyi, with the trial period set at 2 months.
