Jinan, China – March 5, 2025 – A leading secondary aluminum enterprise in East China has been reliably using Shandong Jinyi New Materials Co., Ltd.’s aluminum liquid filter box for over 4 years, a testament to the product’s durability and performance, Jinyi announced recently.

The client, which operates a 3t/h secondary aluminum casting line, first adopted Jinyi’s modular filter box in early 2021. “In four years, the equipment has maintained stable operation with a failure rate below 2%,” said the client’s production manager, Mr. Chen. “Its heat-resistant alloy shell and easy-to-maintain design have cut our annual maintenance costs by around RMB 80,000 compared to our previous equipment.”

Jinyi’s filter box is built with a Q235B alloy shell coated for high-temperature resistance (up to 1,300℃) and a smart temperature control system. These features ensure consistent purification efficiency – over 97% – even after long-term use, helping the client keep scrap rates below 3%.

“We prioritize long-term reliability in product design, which aligns with global clients’ needs for cost-effective solutions,” said Li Ming, Jinyi’s Sales Manager. The company’s filter products are now exported to  South Korea, and Southeast Asia.
